If I could give more than 5 stars I would. The venue is beautiful, and we spent nothing on table decorations because they have a huge room of decorations that are free to use. Becky is AMAZING and I honestly don’t think I could’ve made it through the day without her. She’s worth every penny to hire to be your day of coordinator. The bartenders were so fun and easygoing and every drink they made was delicious. I loved that we got to stay at the venue in the bedrooms until 9am and they have additional housing on property that you can rent so nobody drinks and drives. We got so many compliments on the venue, and I tell everyone who’s engaged to look at Deer Ridge Estate!

We traveled to Deer Ridge Estate from the New England area for an event and when we arrived, I was completely blown away by how naturally beautiful this place is and how well it’s taken care of! You can tell how much the owners; executive estate manager and ground keepers take pride in what they do. I traveled with family, and we stayed in the Vista. It was very clean and everything I needed was there. They were very accommodating and knowledgeable about the area as well! I traveled with my young kiddos, and they even got to fish on the pond! I would 100% recommend Deer ridge estate for anyone looking to host any kind of event and my family is keeping this place on our radar to stay again when in the area!

We searched high and low for the perfect wedding venue, and we found it when we found Deer Ridge Estate! From the land to the in-house bar, to all the decor in their storage room, right down to the fabulous Becky. We couldn't have found a better venue.

Deer Ridge Estate was the most perfect venue for our wedding day. The details of the venue (indoor and outdoor), to the calm, peaceful secluded acreage it sits on, to the extremely helpful and easy to work with staff, it was beyond amazing!! Our day and decor turned out perfectly, it was so fun getting ready in the bride & groom suites and all the little details throughout the venue will just take your breath away! I highly suggest booking a tour!

AND booking Becky for your coordinator! I cannot recommend Becky enough, she helped with all details, made sure the vendors knew where they were going and what they needed to do when they arrived onsite. She was there if something needed to be changed or direction given to anyone. She is a rockstar and will help your day run smoothly!!!

We absolutely love Deer Ridge. It is this beautiful hidden gem that will allow you to escape for the weekend at the various places they have onsite to stay and all the amenities you can pick from to host events of any size.

We visited lots of venues around town and nothing compared to Deer Ridge Estate, it was absolutely perfect for what we were looking for! We wanted a venue that could provide us with accommodations for our out-of-town guests and allow us to celebrate with our favorite people for a whole weekend and not be limited to one day. Becky was phenomenal — we hired her on as our day of coordinator — her “roll with the punches” attitude kept everything moving smoothly and allowed us to trust our vision was coming to life!

We would recommend DRE to anyone searching for a wedding venue around KC. It’s clear that the people here genuinely love what they do, and they are experts at it! Not to mention how spectacular the venue itself is, pictures don’t do it justice!
